RULES FOR NEWSLETTER AWARD

Newsletters will be judged in two (2) categories

1. Auxiliary Newsletter

2. Auxiliary section of Council Newsletter

1. Newsletter must be sent to Auxiliary Chair-couple monthly or bi-monthly as it is published.

2. Judging dates will be the same as the scrapbook. March 1^st 2007 thru February 28^th, 2008.

3. The newsletter must have the following information:

A. Auxiliary and or Council name and number.

B. Month and year the letter is being published.

4. You will be required to return the form at the bottom of this page, with your Auxiliary report form. Deadline for this information is March 15th, 2008

5. You MUST submit a set of your newsletters along with the form below in order for

your entry to be judged.
