RULES FOR SCRAPBOOK COMPETITION

2. CONTENTS: Each Book Shall Have:
A. A table of Contents that shall be followed exactly.
B. All Pages shall be numbered.
C. Auxiliary Membership Roster
D. List of Auxiliary Officers and Chairpersons.
E. Pictures of Auxiliary Officers and Chairpersons and labeled.
F. Correspondence received (Thank You’s, Invitations, Etc.)
G. All Available Publicity, Copies of Programs, and Certificates received during the year.
H. Auxiliary monthly Newsletters or Auxiliary section of council Newsletter. PLEASE INDICATE IF NO NEWSLETTER IS PUBLISHED OR WAS SKIPPED DURING THE YEAR.

If not followed this will result in DISQUALIFICAION of the book from competition.

9. Judging: Scrapbooks will be judged based on the following percentages:
Originality 35%
Contents 20%
Neatness 30%
Publicity 10%
Binding or Cover 5%
These rules are to be used as a guideline for compiling an accurate history of your Auxiliary’s yearly activities.
Scrapbook shall be mailed to the Ladies Auxiliary Chair-couple for judging.
