Award Application

The Pro-Life P.A.L. award is earned by participating in five (5) or more public Pro-Life activities in any 12 month period, and is open to any Knight or member of the Ladies Auxiliaries. Form may be submitted at any time during the fraternal year. Upon receipt, the pins will be sent to the District Deputy for presentation. Please describe the five events below, obtain the signature of your Grand Knight and submit the form to the address listed below.
