FAMILY INVOLVEMENT WEST 2014‐2015

Seems like it was only yesterday when I brought the kids home from the hospital; and tonight have to hurry home from work and get ready for a ballgame, but not for them, but the grandkids. Time flies and when it is gone you can’t get it back, we need to get involved with our families while there is still time.

With that in mind we are planning a hockey night with the Missouri Mavericks in January. They do not have their schedule for the New Year yet so the exact date cannot be set at this time. We are hoping to have Mary Bauer sing the National Anthem prior to the game. Will know more after the first part of August and get the information out to everyone. If anyone has any ideas on new activities please contact me!

Family involvement is more than just going to events; it is getting together and doing things like Mass, prayers, a night at the movies and dinner or just hanging out telling old stories about the family. I still remember the stories my folks told about family and the community we lived in.

Missouri get Involved.
